CAN I UPDATE MY MEMBER DIRECTORY BUSINESS FEATURE?
Need an update to your Feature? No problem. Simply e-mail us at hello@bostonwomensmarket.com and specify what you need to change or update your information below. We will make the change within 2 business days.
HOW IS MY MEMBERSHIP FEE USED?
Your fee will be used to drive online traffic to the shop via paid Google advertising, paid social media advertising and e-mail marketing. We will also invest a portion of your fee towards future in-person Markets and selling opportunities.
REFUND POLICY
We understand things change, but we, unfortunately, cannot offer refunds on all types of paid Memberships. We do not offer pro-rated memberships or pro-rated cancellations. You must cancel your Membership before your annual Membership renewal date.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
Your EmpowerHER Membership will automatically renew every 12 months. To cancel your membership before your annual renewal date, simply login to your BWM account and choose “Cancel Subscription” under the Subscriptions section of your profile. You can also email hello@bostonwomensmarket.com at least 5 business days before your annual renewal date.
