About Shipping

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to shop and support local small businesses throughout New England. And just like them, we are a small business too! We do our best to keep our shipping costs low, but the truth is, shipping ain’t cheap.

Holiday Shipping Schedule

  • Orders placed December 21 - December 28 will ship December 29.

  • Orders placed December 29 - January 1 will ship January 2.

Weekly Shipping Schedule

  • We ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays each week.

    • Orders placed Monday - Wednesday ship Thursday.

    • Orders placed Thursday - Sunday ship Monday.

  • Orders are delivered by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and generally arrive within 2-5 business days of their ship date.

  • USPS is currently experiencing COVID-19 related delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Ground Shipping (1-5 Ship Days): $8

  • Express Shipping (1-3 Ship Days): $12.50

Returns

Ok, we want to make this simple: if you aren't happy, neither are we! We accept merchandise returns within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns are credited back to the original form of payment. Boston Women’s Market has the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not meet our policy.
