"I fell in love with tea because of the way it connects the world. Every culture has a tradition of tea or tisanes, and each is different from the next. Tea can make us feel connected, supported and comforted. When I founded Tea Hive I didn't just want to start a tea business that blended its own teas ... I wanted to connect people to the best growers, blenders, and makers out there."
Meet Rebecca Sgouros, founder of Tea Hive. Tea Hive curates teas from around the world supporting artisanal, small, and local businesses, and social and environmental initiatives in the process. Rebecca wanted to found a place where drinkers, growers, blenders, and sellers can come together to celebrate and explore where tea comes from, what we drink it in, and who we drink it with. Rebecca will be at the Boston Women's Market Holiday Hall on December 8. You can also find her at www.myteahive.com and @MyTeaHive.
