We are excited to announce applications are now being accepted for the December 8 Holiday Hall at the AC Hotel in Back Bay. Applications are reviewed and accepted on a first come, first serve basis. If registration has filled by the time we receive your application, you will be added to our waitlist.

When: Saturday, December 8, 2018

Where: AC Hotel, 225 Albany St, Boston, MA 02118

Vending Hours: 11 AM - 4 PM

Available Vending Spots: 50 6-foot table spots, all indoor

Set-up Hours: 9am AM - 10:30 AM. You will be assigned an unloading/set-up time when your registration has been confirmed.

Take-down: 4 PM - 5 PM

Vending Fee:

  • $60 for a 6 ft table space

  • $20 to rent a table and chair

Space and tents: No tents allowed. All tables, backdrops, and racks must fit within the 6 foot space you have registered for. If they do not, we cannot guarantee your space and may ask you to move items.

Tech: We cannot guarantee access to electrical outlets. Free wifi available.

Parking: There are a number of pay for parking lots in the area. View Map >
