We are excited to announce applications are now being accepted for the June 1 Boston Women's Market in Jamaica Plain at the Loring-Greenough House. Applications are reviewed and accepted on a first come, first serve basis. If registration has filled by the time we receive your application, you will be added to our waitlist.

When and Where:

  • Saturday, June 1, 2019; Loring Greenough House, 12 South Street, Jamaica Plain

  • Vending Hours: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM

  • Set-up Hours: 8 AM - 10:30 AM. You will be assigned an unloading/set-up time when your registration has been confirmed.

  • Take-down: 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Vending Fees:

  • $60 registration only

  • $80 registration + 6ft table/chair rental

Marketplace Highlights:

  • The market will be in the beautiful gardens of the Loring-Greenough House located in the heart of Jamaica Plain.

  • Many restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood that will help drive foot-traffic

  • The market will take place the same day at the JP Craft Fair, which will be located directly across the street and will help drive foot-traffic

Tents and Tables:

  • Tents are permitted

  • All tables, backdrops, and racks must fit within the 10-foot space you will registered for. If they do not, we cannot guarantee your space and may ask you to move items.

Tech:
This is an outdoor event. We cannot guarantee access to electrical outlets or wifi.

Parking:
There is plentiful metered or free street parking throughout the neighborhood.

Accessibility:

  • This market requires walking across a lawn which can be bumpy at times to unload and load your car. We do not recommend vending at this market if you have mobility issues.

  • There are no bathrooms on site. Vendors will have to use restrooms located at retail shops across the street.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We know that unexpected conflicts can arise and do our best to be flexible to your needs. Please notify us as soon as possible at hello@bostonwomensmarket.com if you need to cancel. We will provide a 100% refund of your registration and table fee if notified 48 hours before the start time of the event. A 50% refund will be provided if notified 24 hours before the start time of the event. No refund can be provided if notified less than 24 hours before the start time of the event.
